II. GPS Satellite Timing: Connection of the control center with the satellite signal receiving device to compare and check the separated standard time and time of the primary clock can ensure the operation of tower clock synchronous with the standard time, having no accumulated error. 

III. Time Telling: Multimedia time telling with high fidelity effect, in the modes as followed:
① Music of British Big Ben with rings (in three different timbres)

② Music of East is Red (in four different timbres)

③ Music of East is Red plus language timing

④ Rings (in eight different timbres)

⑤ Chinese music of China, China, A Bright Red Sun Never Setting (one)

⑥ Music of March into A New Era ⑦Break; Multimedia timing requires a computer, and the modes above can be selected at will, or broadcasting voice advertisement words is available in accordance with customer demands. 

IV. Lighting: In two modes (optional) as followed:
① Lighting inside the clock dial;
② LED luminous diodes for lighting pointers and the scales, with service life as long as over 100,000h ceaselessly, soft and attractive lighting effect, and random adjustment to lighting region. 

V. Automatic Tracking Function: The primary clock can automatically remember in several months after power is off, and the secondary clock can automatically track the standard time when the power is on, no requiring special persons to adjust. The time when the power is off while the clock is on can be determined according to customer demands. 

VI. Fault Self Diagnosis Function: When one part of the system fails to work, the controller can automatically diagnose the fault, and send the information of phenomenon to the control center which can display the fault position at once and indicate how to eliminate it. This function is only realized in clocks with a computer. 

VII. Monitoring Function: ① Monitoring and control over operation of primary and secondary clocks. ② Correction and setting timing mode and music; ③ Processing signals transmitted from the secondary clock system in real time controls over the lighting and timing of the secondary clock in real time; ④ Time display of primary clock and synchronous regulation for the time of primary clock; ⑤ Check or resetting of lighting region; ⑥ Display of help information for operations of computer at any time. 

VIII. Ad. Broadcasting Function: Adopting multimedia technology to play music or advertisement words with beautiful voices is available, also a way to establish good image of enterprises. IX. Synchronous Function of Secondary Clocks on All Sides: When the secondary clock on one side is not synchronous with the secondary clocks on other sides, the control system can automatically detect and adjust it synchronously.

X. Online Dual Backup Function: The use of online dual backup technology realizes the automatic switching of main and standby primary clocks. When the main primary clock does not work, the system can automatically switch to the standby primary clock, ensuring the normal operation of the tower clock.
